Staying at the Hansa Residence


The Hansa Residence guest house welcomes you with a modern ambience and comfortable living. No matter whether your visit is private or business - you can feel comfortable here.

The house has totally 33 modern non-smoking rooms as :

• twin rooms (optionally as single rooms)

equipped with:

• Twin beds (can be split into two single beds on request)
• Shower / toilet (barrier-free)
• Flat screen TV / free WiFi
• Fridge, kettle, hair dryer
• Some parking spaces in the house in an automatic parking system
• No pets
• No breakfast offer

The house was built in 2019.

Reception hours


You will receive a code for the front door and a code for the key safe at least one day before your arrival. You can find your key card in the key safe.

Located in Hamburg Steilshoop, the guest house is well connected to public transport.The "Schwarzer Weg" bus stop is right next to the guest house. With the Metrobus line 17 you can reach in 5 minutes the subway station Habichtstrasse and the main train station within 30 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by car.

The guest house cooperates with the directly adjacent sponsored training dormitory and the training center of the building industry of Hamburg. It serves as a hostel for participants in further and advanced training in Hamburg. It is both a structural and social research project that focuses on sustainability, ecology, social support for young people and social engagement.
